I don’t think you’re an a-hole, you’re being honest about how you feel. I don’t understand feeling that way, though. A lot of deaths could be prevented by proper nutrition, being compliant with medical treatment, getting rest, attentive driving…I just don’t understand lacking compassion when it happens.

I wish him a successful career and a happy life, but no. He didn’t just run his mouth. He took legal action. The only reason he’d want to apologize is because it’s blowing up against him.

Serve others. It’s the best antidote I know to depression. If you’re in church now, that’s the perfect place to start. Somebody in your congregation needs their lawn mowed, a meal cooked, maybe just conversation.

Smear campaign, what a joke. Sometimes people just implode for no reason at all. Unfortunately, Jayden would need to throw his mom under the bus to distance himself-and he’s not going to do that. She needs to take responsibility, apologize and step aside.

Boxer wants to stay out but comes back in pretty quickly. Lab mix comes back inside the first time I call him, which is not typical. They definitely look lethargic, but I think it may be because all the blinds are closed. They can’t even look out the windows.

My sons are 38 and 40. Two grandsons and two granddaughters, and I love my daughters in law, I’m at my absolute happiest when we’re all under the same roof. When you look back at your life, raising kids seems to represent such a small period-but it’s everything.

Agree, he Ryan Clark’d himself. Former athletes have done some crazy things but still maintained loyalty from the LSU fans. Can’t walk this one back & commenting only made it worse; he wanted it handled privately? Lol, nothing screams private more than a C&D. This is petty, but I hope DJ has a stellar career and we retire HIS jersey.

Same. I loved being at home with my kids-they were born in the late 80’s. I started working nights in retail when our youngest was almost a year old. My husband worked for a small family business with very expensive health insurance, so I needed to work somewhere with benefits. I went to work at 3:00 in the afternoon so they were with a babysitter for a couple hours until my husband got home. When my son got married, he said he wanted his wife to stay home like I did. He didn’t realize I worked full time.
