Damn bro, come across the street and say that to my face

My neighbor on one side is a widower who is in his 80s and mostly stays inside.

Other side is a couple with a bunch of kids. They are well behaved kids though and they are nice neighbors. No complaints.

One side - 3.5. Would be absolute 0 but he’s got a hot barely English speaking Hispanic brick house for a wife. Unfortunately for her, he’s a drunk and abusesher. Cops frequent the property so much that if I see them within a half mile of my house I know where they are headed.
ETA- forgot to mention they have a 120lb breed of peace and a camper in their driveway that hasn’t moved since the last hurricane


Other side - 10. Nice young, quiet family redoing their house to increase my property value. No complaints

Jody and Chad?

70 year old man who helps to watch over the house at all times. Great guy who reliably buys my son’s fundraiser crap. The other is an 80 year old woman with her grown son living with her in a house that they’ve let go over the years. Her grass gets cut about 7 times a year. Another is an alcoholic who has lost his kids and his wife over his addiction, has to rely on his parents to do his laundry and yard work every week. He’s been good to us for the most part in that he hasn’t caused any problems whatsoever for us but overall he’s a big loser.

Y’all like to shite on HOA’s (myself included). I moved here to get away from my old subdivision and its HOA but I will be the first to admit HOA’s have advantages .

One side maybe mid 50s, guy loves to help with anything and is really cool, gal also nice but don't see her much. Other side, couple our age with young kids, guy is an immigrant but went to LSU and likes golf, beer, bbq and football, wife is Japanese, quiet, and friendly. Excellent folks.

It’s a mixed bag. They have a bunch of loud smelly dogs and are at times inconsiderate with their noise levels but they are super nice and they even cut my front yard for me for free since I’ve been temporarily disabled.

I’m lucky and have great neighbors and an amazing neighborhood of people.

One side is a baw in his 40s. Good dude with a travel ball son. No complaints. Friendly enough to shoot the shite for a couple minutes if he’s in the drive way.

Other side is a couple in their 50s that I’m convinced have a person chained up inside their house. They never come outside and the garage door is coming down before they even put the car in park.

Lady across the street is a total bitch who complained one time my leaves were blowing into her yard. No one in the neighborhood likes her and apparently she’s had multiple run ins with people.

There are a couple families in my cul de sac that have kids my kids ages and we hang out from time to time doing BBQs or swimming. Overall pleased.
