I’ve been using the same pair of Elgins for 3 years. The sound comes through clearly. Also is OSHA compliant for ear protection.
It was while we were in college. The neighbor was a guy. She lived in a duplex. One morning she woke up because he fell through her ceiling. He ran out the house and she hurried and left.
Called her landlord, who kicked the guy out of his lease but she didn’t feel safe staying there after that incident.
Moved in together in college after she had a concerning encounter with her neighbor. Been together for 14 years, married for 10.

Tits are too far apart. OT 6. Real life 4.
I haven’t seen the Bengals as a trade destination for Robinson. Is that starting to go through the rumor mill?

Chase Brown - where do you rank him?

Chase Brown end the year really well. My concern is his metrics(burst, broken tackles, missed tackles) are bad.

What’s the highest you draft Chase Brown in both standard and PPR leagues?
My dad recently recommended 30 seconds Outdoor Cleaner that he got from Lowe’s. I used it and it works.
The label said to rinse off after 10-15 minutes for masonry, but less than a minute and it was ready to rinse.
Ate away at some gunk that was on my dormers with no zero effort.

10 years 8 days. Celebrating 10 year marriage anniversary right now.
I recommend the Noreco One Blade 360 pro. It comes with an adjustable guard.
I bought it for overall grooming but it has become my primary beard trimmer.
If you phone is eSIM capable, you can add another eSIM. The dual esims will have separate numbers and you can switch between them or make rules on when each is used.

Phillips One Blade. Got one a month ago for beard trimming and it’s been great.
Look for a local realty company for the area you are wanting to visit.

We like to go to Perdio so we use Perdio Reality Vacations. The site does not include any surprise fees. When we’ve had to contact them before and during the trip, they have been extremely pleasant and helpful.

I would think that most local companies that manage short term rentals for clients are this way.

re: Work/Life Balance

- marriage: this has suffered the most since kids. Our 1 on 1 communication is mostly about them. Texting during the work day has helped a lot because we can have serious and silly conversations about things other than the kids. We try to have a day or night out when there are breaks between work and school.

- kids: this is my life. When not at work, it’s taking care of and playing with the kids. Weekday afternoons and weekends. I am getting shite from the wife at the moment because our, soon to be 5 year old, sucks at t-ball. I’m getting the blame for not practicing enough with him.

- job: focus on it during my work hours and occasionally have to answer emails/texts in the evening or weekends.

- hobbies: I’m ADHD so my hobbies constantly change. I do get to focus on them a little in the evenings.

- fitness: I hit the gym M-F during lunch

- extended family: this has been the hardest to manage. I don’t speak to my sisters as often as I use to, because of lack of time. My parents are 2 hours away so I don’t see them every Sunday like I used to since having kids.

- community: I’ve never really been involved with community events.

- working on the house: small DIY projects, I knock those out in the evenings or weekends. Larger ones, I’ll hire someone.

- friends: same as extended family. This has dropped off since having kids and more so since they started having kids. It seems like everyone is tight on schedule so not as many get togethers as in the past. Have made some new friends recently with kids in the same age group that all get along really well, so this is improving.

They’re not moving on price. Traded in my 2019 Tacoma TRD Off-road with just over 42,000 miles 1 1/2 years ago for only $2,000 less than what I paid for it.

re: Worst date that turned out well

Not quite a date story, but led up to a date. Met this girl in college at a house party. We hit it off and planned a double date for the following Friday with another couple from the party.

Thursday night, me and roommate go to another house party, I had told him about this girl I met and lo and behold, I see her at the party. Roommate and I are on the front porch leaned against a window when she walks in front of us. I said hi and she put up her hand and blew right past me.

The next day, my friend that we was going on the double date with us called and asked what I had in mind. I told him, how she blew me off and that I wasn’t going on a date with her anymore.

He apparently told her that the date was off because she blew me off. She said she was drunk and didn’t see me at the party.

Friend tried to convince me to go on the double after hearing her side of the story but I refused. He suggested we hit up the bar instead with just the guys. Which I was all for.

He apparently conducted a plan by offering her the same thing. When they were in the car, he told her the real plans for the night. She freaked out.

When they showed up to my place, I was shocked that it was only him, his date and the girl. At this point it would have been rude to not go to the date. Night started slow with conversation then it picked up as we loosened up.

Been together for 13 years. Married for 10. Couldn’t see myself as happy right now if I didn’t go on that date.

TLDR - made plans for a date. Girl blew me off at another random meetup before date. Date was now off. Friend conducted plan to trick us into another date. Married for 10 years.

The 2 year old started Monday. Wife stayed home with him then she came down with it. MIL came over on Wednesday then she came down with it. It’s a miracle that me and 4 year old are still standing.

It’s been a rough week.
