Imagine how she feels. Giving birth is also incredibly painful as well as postpartum healing. At least you don’t have to feel those hormones or postpartum depression or anxiety....

I go to counseling for anxiety and it has been life changing. I found someone who takes my insurance and researched her to see if we’d be compatible. I was fortunate to find someone the first time, but if you don’t, that’s ok. It’s all about the right fit.
