re: Dispensationalism

This is the correct answer !

I know some Dispensationalist and the way they worship jews and Israel over Jesus is bizarre! It's this exploitation of Christians that has resulted in the US being a slave to Israel.

quote:

The modern nation state of Israel is not the heir of God’s promises to ancient Israel

The Jews of the modern world follow the old covenant that was rendered obsolete by Christ.

So talk me through this process...

My understanding is I would need Plans before I get quotes. I assume house plans don't have to be from true architect vs some of these guys who do house plans or is that the same?

I spent a year designing my addition, but still had some areas I needed to work out. Kabel was great getting me to the end and and quickly made a few revisions for us too. Once we had our plans, we bid them out.

The construction part sucks while you're living in it, buy lots of wine for your wife lol

The end result was well worth it for us!
I used Mike Kabel in Denham Springs for my addition plans. Highly recommend him!
I put one of these systems in my house . It's NOT a mini-spit, but it uses the same DC inverter and variable speed technology. Air handler installs just like a conventional central air air handler. It's a variable speed blower and condenser ramps up and down with load - it's extremely efficient. Oh and it's a built in soft starter so my generator runs it.

Car guy here - I restore 70's Corvettes ... These cars have the same drivetrains as all 70's Chevy's (SBC, Quarajet, HEI, 4 Speed) and are simple to work on and keep going if you trusly understand how to tune carbs an ignition. They're not really reliable until you restore these ole vehicles and go through all the systems. Very expensive and time consuming...

I agree with the 90's vehicle recomendations. You have simple EFI , modern brakes, and suspension. They're just more reliable, easier to keep on the road, and still simple to fix.

Recomendations:

97-06 Jeep wrangler
98-02 camaro/ trans am
90's trucks of any flavor
90's Mustangs
90's Broncos
C4 or C5 Corvettes
run them through a planer, will look like new!

True.

But without them do we defeat Hitler?

I'm not at all convinced.

If the soviets fall, Germany takes the oil fields and all those divisions shift west with much of their industry likely in underground factories and they have the time and resources to really start utilizing some of their jet and other advanced technology platforms.

Do we ever get the air superiority needed to launch D-Day? Does it get smashed on the beaches if he has 10-20 additional armored divisions to counterattack with?

Its a bad situation for us if the Russians and Germans aren't bleeding each other out in the east.

WW2 wasnt a scenario where there was a perfect partner available. The Brits were limited and spread thin and at war with Hitler, the Germans were totalitarians set on expansion and the soviets were just as bad with different ideology (just ask the Ukranians).

But assuming we side with the brits, we cant partner with the Germans against the Soviets because they were already at war, so the path and history were already kind of pointing us down a specific road IMO.

Do you really think that we're better off with the USSR winning ww2 ? Germany was trying to extinguish the greatest threat to the west!

I think that you have this a bit twisted. FDR was the commie coddler who jumped up to save Stalin's corrupt war machine.

You're cerntianly not wrong regarding FDR, but Churchill instigated it all and dragged the US into the conflict. Poland was regional dispute over a small piece of land that Churchill turned into ww2. FDR had a commie advisor and the rest is history.... or is it?
If Churchill wasn't such a bloodthirsty warmonger and had an ounce of strategy, he would of let Germany invade the Soviet Union full force. The winter did in Operation Barbarosa, but not fighting a multi-front war and Germany focusing all resources on destroying Russia, we would of seen those two countries cannibalize each other. Best case scenario is that the USSR was destroyed and Germany was weakened - leaving an easy clean up job for the Allies and saving lives. No cold war and no communism post war - we'd be living in a completely different world.
I went through this recently, and after spending 6 months trying to design it myself , I went to a professional. Mike Kabel was recommened to me from my contractor & he was excellent to work with.

walk-ons food is awful and they have male servers now.

Chimes has good food , but weird hippie liberal servers
Send em all back to India!!! People really don't realize how many white color jobs they've been displacing
Send the tanks and national guard to Portland and beat them in the streets!!!!!
I make friends with my customers and truly understands their needs and wants. Then I work my arse off for them and make their life easy.

I blow out my quota every year :pimp:
Mike Kabel in Denham Springs !

Just got done using him to design a new addition on our house : he's super easy to work with, understood exactly what we wanted, and then made it even better than we thought! Oh and he's cheap too lol

I bought a chinese copy as a back up saw and once I put a quality chain on it and tuned it, it was a beast!... until the coil went out..
People talk crap about leasing because they don't understand it and can't do the math.

A lease is negotiable like any other car deal. If you have a decent residual and get the price down, then you have a low payment with built in equity to trade in. I've leased multiple vehicles for my wife and kept her in new vehicles with zero maintenance. I always came out ahead trading them in as well because the Acuras/Lexus always hold their value so well . A lease done properly comes out much better than buying and trading in every 4 - 5 years because your monthly note is much cheaper.

Best money can buy: Mitsubishi

Best value and warranty: Senville

I have a 2 ton Senville Mini split on my garage apartment, been running for 5 years.

I also have the Senville 3 ton ducted central AC in my house for the past year and it's tits!
