Pennsylvania "home care" program getting ruthlessly scammed by foreigners living in luxury

Insane. Not working at all pulling in up to $350k per year. Big homes, luxury vehicles, etc.
You bust your arse to budget, save, plan, and work a real job and foreigners are air dropped in to stealing every dime the government takes for you and you get nothing for it.

Those home care programs are giant scams in general. It’s not limited to foreigners. They subsist off fraudulent Medicare and Medicaid billing while performing the most minimal amount of help. The government almost doesn’t bother to go after them anymore because they are so ubiquitous.
Example: if three attendants are “helping” some old guy in a chair by putting on a heating pad, only one of them is allowed to bill for it. But 99/100 times all 3 do bill for it.

A modern mostly-white western country has absolutely no need for third world immigration. As white population percentage decreases, everything gets worse. We see this and know this, even if we politely decline to acknowledge this fact.

Its long past time to have a serious conversation about India.
We need to cut off access to America and Americans. No immigrants. No visas. Cut off all telecommunications so I'll stop getting 100s of scam text messages and phone calls a month.

I do not think this second term has been a success but it is undeniable Trump is better on stopping unfettered third world immigration than any Democrat.

That shite is going on right here in Louisiana by companies run by white people. I personally witnessed it with my MIL.
Worthless exercise treatments for 10 minutes and then sitting in the driveway for 30 minutes.
We canceled it.
This stuff is going on all over the country and not just by the Bhutanese.
Glad to see folks chiming in that it’s not a muh democrats problem.
If we could ever get back to electing Presidents under the age of 70 with a higher than average IQ they might be effective in solving our problems rather than spending all their time renaming lakes, overseeing personal White House construction projects, and seeing how much personal wealth they can accumulate through extortion schemes.

What is amazing to me is that the government seems unable to control this fraud but the IRS is up my arse with a flashlight if I claim a Friday afternoon lunch as a deduction when they think it isn't one.

We really need to treat them like Iran. A lot of their scam centers operate out of government buildings.
