Review all your options, including surgery. There are very minimal invasive surgeries now with small 1.5" incisions and they scrape some of the disc to elevate pressure on the nerve. Get a good xray and go from there.
The shot is just a temporary pain reliever. It does nothing to fix the root cause.
You could also benefit from a good chiropractor that can get your pelvis/spine back in alignment.
Stretches without knowing what's going on in there can definitely make it worse.

For those that actually assaulted police and or damage property they should have been jailed. Unfortunately the plan was to arrest all. And they did. We'll except feds and those antifa peps.
