Tel has actually been pretty good today. I think if he was playing with guys who could do anything that would be more clear.
Tel and Robertson only 2 who appear to be trying.
The post with the best defensive play of the day for Spurs.
Worst marking in the history of the EPL.
Bergvall and Richarlison have to be off in the 2H just out of principle.
If we’re not passing the ball directly onto the feet of a Brentford player, we’re letting them run free in attack. Doing literally nothing remotely positive.
This is one of the worst halves I’ve ever seen from Spurs, just shambolic.
The Spurs-West Ham rivalry may only be on a 1-year hiatus.
“Don’t worry about marking anyone” is certainly a strategy defensively.

Stinks having to start our season with our B team
We don’t have an A team on the attacking end.
Brentford first to literally every ball/deflection that ends up in space.
Turns out we still suck. Just getting absolutely battered. Not even in the same stratosphere of quality as Brentford.

I appreciate the risk aversion. Personally I'm going rogue and forcing the issue. My PSA pistols became SBRs this week. I sense a white flag posture from big brother. Not sure enforcement is a priority anymore.
Yeah, I'm in the "overwhelm the system" camp too. The NFA is clearly unconsitutional, and everyone remotely familiar with 2A jurisprudence knows it.

I own analogs to current standard issue infantry rifles (11.5" and 14.5" versions with suppressors), just like US citizens have since the country's founding. The "pistol brace" was a tacit acknowledgement by the ATF that the NFA definitions are obsolete. The $0 tax is yet another from Congress.

The ATF is processing a half million Form 4s every quarter now. The toothpaste isn't going back in the tube here.

Gun stores are afraid of losing their FFL. So they are still making everyone do the same thing. It’s not the win we were initially told it was.
It's a district court injunction that the government (allegedly) isn't challenging. People are trying to make this something it isn't.

If Trump's admin really is pro 2A, we should get some guidance from the ATF soon on this.

So, for the past 3 presidential election cycles, each party has nominated a retarded person.
When everyone gets to vote, you get candidates who reflect the average person. The average American is an idiot. Ergo...

eta: also, SBRs and SBSs still require a Form 4 because the Gun Control Act of 1968 require approval from the Attorney General. The only way to get that approval is from the Form 4... so, you with plugs in your braces, you may want to remove them for now.
Nah, I'm gonna Rosa Parks this thing.

I'm out of the loop so suppressors no longer require NFA forms and months of waiting?
It's a long story. This is the result of a federal judge ruling that the NFA registration is unconstitutional because it no longer represents a valid taxing power given the tax was reduced to $0.

So for plaintiffs in the suit (certain gun rights orgs and their members, Palmetto State Armory and their customers, Silencer Shop and their customers, etc.) NFA registration is no longer required for sales of suppressors, SBRs, and SBSs.

Technically, you can now buy a suppressor from PSA or Silencer Shop just like you'd buy a regular firearm. But there are still a ton of questions about what that means for intermediary FFLs.

Also, many states (like MS and GA) have laws that reference or mirror the NFA, so you still may run into issues there.

Sooo can we just go out and buy suppressors shipped to our door now?
No, they're still legally firearms per the NFA (that part wasn't part of the ruling), so they're treated like any other firearm sale.

Although that begs the question - can covered members (i.e. GOA, FPC, etc. members) transfer/sell a suppressor privately?
It’s happening, boys.

In 2.5 hours I’m gonna put a 3D printed plug into my SBA3 brace and shoulder it. Take that, ATF!
