Felony charges of rape and sexual assault, as well as several misdemeanors, were filed Thursday against Zachary Prouty, 38, of Kentucky, court records show.
The criminal complaint states a woman went to Gettysburg Hospital for a sexual assault exam and spoke with Bonneauville Police on Oct. 17. She said she traveled to Gettysburg to attend Prouty’s wedding.
Prouty allegedly kissed her again in the kitchen area and the woman reported losing consciousness and not remembering anything.
Police said she told them that when she woke up, she was naked and in a bedroom that she did not mean to sleep in.

As far as the allegations, he kissed her-she passed out-she woke up naked. Where is the rape in this? Even if the rape exam turns out she had sex, how do they know it was him?
ETA: OK. This was a year ago. I guess they would have time for a DNA match and other evidence to come back.
