This still doesn't really make sense. He raped one of the guests on his wedding night?
Where was the wife?

Night before the wedding. The bride and groom, traditionally, are not with each other.
He was presumably drunk late night partying after the rehearsal dinner.

Oh the op says wedding night.
Unless that's the night before the wedding, I don't know. Never been married or raped someone at a wedding.
Most likely they both got drunk and had sex. Got to be careful out there baws. He is a pos for cheating on his fiancé, but he might not have "raped" that woman. They both can't consent if they were drunk.

Obviously the guy is a complete POS scumbag if the DNA link is accurate, but seems like it would be difficult to prove exactly what happened beyond a reasonable doubt with what's in the OP.
Agree 100%. This guy is trash. But other than her saying it was rape, what evidence is there that it actually was rape and not just her getting drunk, banging this dude, and then regretting it the next day?

To be fair, the article OP quoted said "wedding night"

That’s how the law would work if women wanted true equality with men.
But that’s not how it actually works. Women are not held accountable for their actions when it comes to sex while drunk. They legally cannot consent. Men though, however drunk they become, are still legally responsible for their actions when it comes to sexual activity.
ETA: you can downvote what I’ve said all you want. But what you can’t do is refute it.

Fair enough!
ETA:
If it was wedding night, that is even weirder, as yes, he should've been in bed with his new wife

I agree.
I know he's fricked even if they were both drunk. He might not have forcibly raped her. Still a pos for cheating on fiancé or wife but not jail time POS. Assuming they were just both drunk.

He looks like some guy from some college video about “a rapist who disguises himself as a normal dude.” (Which begs the question of if he’s really disguising himself as a normal dude if he gives off such “rapist disguising himself as a normal dude” vibes.)
