Did she test positive for any date rape type drugs? Or was she wasted and made a bad mistake?
Not trying to disparage a real victim here, but sadly we've seen this occur plenty of times.
If she had some drugs in her system that would indicate she was drugged and she had his spunk in her? Yeah, throw away the key.

I seriously doubt the wife knew anything about her husband being involved before the wedding happened. The woman went to the hospital the morning of the wedding, doubt they knew it was him yet or that anyone else involved in the wedding knew what happened.
