Mental Load. Anybody else tired of women playing the victim?

Sure men nowadays work and contribute and are engaged with family way more than any previous generation. We’re just not doing it right.
We can make a trip for groceries. But we’re not carrying the mental load of what everyone will eat.
We can pay for vacations. But we’re not carrying the mental load of packing and planning for everyone.
We can bring the kids to the doctor. But we’re not carrying the mental load of their overall health.
We can do anything. But we’re not carrying the made up self imposed prison of the mental load.
It has to be exhausting playing the victim all the time.

In the US being a victim gives you special status in society. This is why liberals love to label different groups(or especially themselves) as victims with no agency over their lives. Some (especially liberal) women love to do this as well. My wife isn’t one of them.

As with everything this exists on a spectrum
There obviously are insufferable losers who get onto TikTok and just spew insanw garbage about the most benign stuff
There also legitimately is data that suggests that women for one reason or another take on increased mental loads even when tbey are single and living by themselves for whatever reason
Neither of the above gives you a reason to not be present or an active participant in the house or child raising and doing so makes you a shite husband and father

I dont know if you are being sarcastic or not, but I do appreciate the balance of a woman taking care of the kids, packing, etc while I focus on work.
I have the resiliance of plowing through technical work 8 hours a day and dealing with all the BS, but have little patience to make sure the kids are all set with their litle needs and wants.
So Im happy paying the bills while she takes care of all that

I believe women have a innate belief that without their direction action or input nothing gets done. Of course, that's not true, but they believe it to be.
So they stress about everything. If they don't, the world ends.
Of course men are more than happy to let someone else stress out.
So their mental load is their own responsibility and if you tried to take it away, they would fight you.

I have one about to start work tomorrow. Let's just say..... I have my doubts, based on a few comments she's already expressed, that she will be able to do the job. But hey, I didn't hire her, my boss did, and he's been warned. Some have already voiced that special treatment should be afforded.
BTW, she's hired in as the second highest paid employee at our site. On a side note, I hope I'm wrong, but asking for special treatment during the INTERVIEW raises serious flags.
