Was she a Sigma Kappa? I seem to remember her speaking at an early 2000s convocation when I was there and thinking that I wasn't familiar with that sorority.

They gave up their charter when their nationals told them they would have 100% oversight when they came back onto campus. The local guys said frick that.
ATO at the time was renting the downstairs portion for their chapter but Pike swooped in and bought the house when it became available and sold their old house to ATO.

Yes. She was a Sigma Kappa at Northwestern. Went to work for our national after college as a graduate advisor. She was sent to LSU to assist with our chapter there in the early ‘90’s, but she did the exact opposite. I had already graduated by that time, but still in BR and well aware of things happening with the chapter. Our chapter left campus in ‘92, so that is why you’re not familiar with them. Speak her name in front of members at that time and you will be met with fire and venom.

I haven’t talked to Steve in 10 years. Funny guy- we had so much fun at the basketball games back in the day- he was also a diehard. I hope I see ya at the tailgate this year- I only get out there maybe once a year.
