You're mostly right. Prototypical "thicc" is a girl that was chubby/fat as a kid and started working out/dieting in her teens, but it never lasts. They might make it to 25 if they're lucky, but they almost always start blowing up before 30 and eventually become blimp status. Their appetites always win in the end

Not sure yet, but my situation is a bit different than most due to a sizeable inheritance(8 figures) before turning 30. I've just seen the worst of capitalism over the last 5 years dealing with people twice my age that are respected civic leaders(70+ years old employing 500+) within my hometown community completely showing their asses in an attempt to swindle me out of mineral rights and commercial real estate.
