Yes, and the East Blvd line was electric! I believe there are a few spots where you can still see the tracks.
It was renamed in 1980. Was previously known as East Blvd, and Texas St.
Mazda CX 30 or CX5. A relative drives the CX5, I have a Mazda 3, and a friend has the CX 30. Great cars!

I'm on year three of my Ego Self Propelled walk-behind and have nothing but good things to day. Handles my 0.25 acre lot easily. I enjoy not dealing with the hassle of a gas mower.
We did too. Shopping through an online portal also gave me $8.50 back in points, so it ended up being even cheaper.
No longer completely dry. A few of the downtown restaurants do serve beer now!
Broken down cars end up in a lot near my work too. A broken down altima with broken anxles was removed last fall, and a 1999ish Camry has been abandoned for a month.
CX 50. I've been driving Mazda since 2012 without any major issues. The newer ones are much nicer.
Let's not talk about that. Let's just say, I didn't win races, but I did finish them. Most I run these days is a few miles once a week.
Other neighborhoods? I can usually get 3 miles in the Garden District(start at City Park), Capitol Heights, Webb Park area, Sevenoaks area, Tara, or Southdowns (I used to park at the catholic church).

Longer runs might mishmash some areas.

When I marathon trained a million years ago, one time I ran from LSU to Tara and back to log 20 miles.

I used mapmyrun to map routes but there may be better options now.
About 7 years ago, I had 2 or 3 adjustments at a clinic and felt better after an injury. A few years later, I had a similar flare up, but my first chiropractor had moved away so I went to a recommended clinic on Perkins near Essen. This guy had a similar setup up, told me it would take at least 40 visits to feel better, told me his whole treatment area was recorded, and generally gave me creep vibes. I decided doing some yoga and strength training was probably enough and went that route instead.
Westminster/Pine Park has been great. Lots of families and kids out riding bikes and walking. The neighborhood pool, while not fancy, seems to be a popular activity for families and there is a pickleball court. Easy access to I-10 & I-12. In St. George and my councilperson lives in the neighborhood.

The oldest filings have the smallest houses, but most are on .25 acre lots at least with some in Flood Zone X. Those houses may be a better bargain when they go up for sale.
I hadn't picked up a tennis racket in 20 years, but a buddy plays and invited me to go out for a few sets. I was suprised that I retained some skills after so many years and I was able to consistently serve and hit (mostly) inside the lines.
Had the Honeywell T5 in my old house and bought it for my new one. Its around $100 & works well for me.
Did you end up going with Garcia?
Are you in the BR area and if so, what company did the install?

I usually cut my front yard one day and my back yard the other (it's hot and I want a break). I can finish all of the front with about half a battery, and the back with a full one. I only use self propelled function for some particularly thick areas, and i'm happy I have the option.

I'm on my second summer with the self propelled lawnmower. Works fine.
I seem to remember reading that the KCS Bridge over the Atchafalaya in Simmesport used to carry both cars and trains on one deck before a new vehicular only bridge was built in the early 1970s. I think there was some kind of red light system that warned cars when a train was coming so they wouldn't end up on the bridge at the same time as the train. That's my Avoyelles Parish Railroad fun fact.
I was expecting a shoot out and got whatever that was instead.
