We pay the yard guy to put the lights on the house. He does it a lot quicker than we could, so it’s worth the $250 not to worry about it. We do the trees and the stuff on the ground, so probably about 2-3 hours for our part. I do all of the inside by myself, but we decorate the tree as a family. Probably about 4 in total for the inside.
I think he would stay at LSU, if he’s as successful as we’re hoping. Saban being his mentor helps with that. One of his protégés potentially duplicating his success at the program he never should have left.
Not sure if it’s the Frank Duffy I knew while at LSU in the ‘80’s. He was a Kappa Sig and owned Duffy’s bar across the street from Mike Anderson’s.

The old Cotton Club on Highland used to let you run a tab and pay it at the end of the week. If they really knew you, the end of the month!

I always enjoy seeing your work. How long does it take to complete one of your builds? I realize some can be more intricate than others, just looking for an average.

Nope - Born in New Iberia and live in Katy, TX
Our yard guy will put the lights on the house this weekend, but we won’t turn them on until Thanksgiving night. The rest of the outdoor decorations and all of the interior decorations go up the week of Thanksgiving.

Had friends there this weekend, as well. Best was making his rounds visiting tables. They said it was really good. We’re going when we’re in town in a few weeks.
I’m 60 and my husband is 56 and we’re still very active, as in about five times a week. Well, except for this week - his mother is visiting.
