Jambalaya in Houston
Anyone know who has the best jambalaya in Houston, in the inner loop area? I've always been disappointed with the Cajun food here, but jam shouldn't be too hard. Preferably a place that sells it by quart/gallons. Might have to search and make it myself.

Exactly. I've never been a fan of Pappadeaux's or Ragin. Thanks though, but thats' what I figured. Thank God for the food/drink board and those guys.

I would imagine Mardi Gras Cafe on Durham would have good jambalaya. Everything else I've had there has been pretty tasty.
