If I hadn’t booked two shows in Nashville for October already, I’d might go.
It was Alter Bridge, 7D and Tim Montana to be exact. Tim was actually good. It’s the rock country vibe but he was funny and I liked it. Sevendust rocked it as usual but that crowd was dead. No pits or surfers. I could see the frustration on Lajon and John’s faces people just standing around. I left before Alter Bridge played. Venue was okay. No food options and high drink prices.

Cameron shouldn’t have ran against Beshear. Everyone knew Andy was gonna win. Cameron has his opportunity next year in an open election.

We have two here that never went out of business and are still doing well.
My Mississippi brother in law being hung over before the wedding. He drank a lot of Jim Beam the night before. My sister couldn’t say shite cause her bridesmaids got her hammered to.

My sisters bridesmaid went through a couple of his groomsmen that weekend. Typical Kentucky wedding.

Acid Bath. They never made it to West Kentucky. Wasn’t until they got announced for Louder Than Life last year I heard of them. Realizing they’re a bunch of baws from Houma.
KISS.

As much as I love them, only Ace Frehley could be considered best guitar.
Brad Arnold of 3 Doors Down

He bought the tv rights to The Shawshank Redemption and turned that movie into one of the most successful movies of all time.
As someone who goes to Louisville every year for Louder Than Life, it’s boring. There’s no nightlife and the local restaurants are ok. Wild Eggs is a great brunch place. Unless you go to the derby specifically or wanna see the Muhammad Ali museum and his grave, it’s nothing special.

I usually stay in Hillview/Shepherdsville when visiting.

As bad as Tuscaloosa was, Hackleburg and Phil Campbell got it worse. Killed 7 people in an underground shelter. That’s strong.

1993 Sugar Bowl. Ended Miami’s dominance in football.

Hunter Henry and Alex Collins should never have to buy a drink in T-town.
Monday is a big day for me. I’m sure we’ll have a thread going on.

First time ever. I was in the camp of why would you pay money to meet people, but I understand. Every band is different but 7D has a great reputation. It was $175 btw.

I just met and seen Sevendust last Thursday. Going back to Nashville next month to see them again with Alter Bridge.

Going to see Weezer in October at Bridgestone.
