frey is gone . Cowan or noot would be big to get back,im guessing noot is gone though. he was pretty good at the end of the year and scouts have already been keeping an eye on him since high school. Cowan coming back would be great ,he could pretty much feel in at any type of roll we asked him to take on he can start or come out of the pen. he will be more ready for those big stage moments after this year
Durham would have had way more carries last year if we didnt try to force Kaleb Jackson to be what we thought he would be at the beginning of the year and if we didnt have a very good starter in Josh Williams. Williams just didnt have that breakaway speed but could block and was smart, Durham didnt get enough carries early because he was a freshman and because of his injury .

I dont see any way we get any of our top guys back. they're all in that category of losing leverage if they return

2027 is the qb class thats absolutely loaded in state.
I think van Buren will bridge the gap between next year and whichever qb/qbs we get in next years class.
we won't need to hit the portal for a starter for a while

pur starting qb next year will be van Buren or maybe hes in a competition with Hurley . van Buren was a massive get out of the portal ,he started for state as a freshman and he will have this years camp as the number2 and he will get reps in blowouts/qb run packages ,then all off season ,spring, and fall camp as the number 1.

you can gameplan for a game that you know youre going to be overmatched at the oline position ,going in.

its the games where you expect to be better on the oline ,than they are on the d line going in, that give you major problems.
rb is going to be ok as long as they dont sustain injuries, if they do happen to have some injuries we have two good backs that will be freshman and several gadget type players that could fill in like zavion ,barion brown ,and jujaun Johnson.

corner will depend on if picket can come in and start and play at a high level right away ,if not, then you still have delane on the other side who is a first rounder and some of the guys from last year that will be better like woodland .
safety should be ok with spears, haulcy, and toviano plus whichever freshman is the most ready .

d line is full of guys we can sub the whole line out and not have a drop off this year.

wr is stacked
tight end has different types of guys for different formations or gameplans
o line is full of highly rated guys over the last two cycles and then guys that played some last year after delinger got hurt ,plus 2 new transfers that should start. we have a big upgrade at center.

special teams will be fantastic in the return game and we have an all conference punter that transfered in.

field goals will be good if Ramos is still the guy . he gets better every year.

lbs/ star is loaded with weeks brothers and keys from last year and Perkins coming back to a position hes played before at the star ,then you have the most athletic backer I've seen us recruit in Charles Ross.

I can't find a glaring weakness besides maybe safety if we have injuries but if that happens, at worst we will have Gilbert who's started a ton of games
I wonder if there's any chance Ross will start over keys ,I mean,I doubt it ,keys was decent last year but Ross is a freak athlete. hes like some of those faster linebackers we've had in the past
so because he doesn't want to hand his ex wife 8 million dollars, that means hes broke? hes not broke,he doesn't have any wild purchases that I've seen ,hes hooking up with women from south Louisiana they dont have high class tastes.
well,we dont have the opportunity to sign them yet ,are we not allowed to talk about what's happening currently?
I dont think its right to allow a charter boat to fish in these tournaments

Disrespectful to Jefferson to group him with Harris and Jennings

I thought about that ,then I rewatched 3 games in a row of all of his throws,he was fricking horrid.
yeah, and some dude name grease monkey is doing good. southern pride charters are kicking arse too
is beck out of eligibility? I guess i could look it up but I'd rather just talk on here about it
he wasnt good,we were just used to complete trash at the position. I always thought eventually things would even out when it came to that position and I think we're now even. Harris ,jennings,Jefferson = complete trash. burrow, daniels, nuss= as great a 3 qb run as a person could imagine.
Payton on defense
I think barion brown is going to be great on special teams in a game early and that will get him on the field more on offense and he will shine on offense.

I like Kelly; he had a huge blind spot when it came to his 1st staff. Set them back at least 2 years.

his first year was his best when it comes to the goals you set at the beginning of the year and how many of them are reached.

goals were ,beat alabama and we did
win the west and we did.
win the sec and we didnt
make a bowl that we used to call a bcs bowl which we did.
make playoff which we didnt.

not bad for first year

that year has to be the floor from now on
I think its similar to cowan or evans when they're on they both throw that pitch that drops and breaks as its dropping. cowans is a changeup Im thinking evans is considered a changeup too ,isn't it?
well good thing we have 2 more 5 stars committed on the line, thats not putting all your eggs in one basket

Without a signature on the dotted line, it means absolutely nothing. Alot can change. Underwood ring a bell?

damn I wasnt aware of that. I thought a verbal commitment was binding. is this new or has this been the case for a while?

we all know this no need to post this after every single commitment.
fwiw he said today that hes 100% a tiger and that hes not going to. his words were that this isnt one of those it aint over til the ink dry situations. he didnt have to go that far,im gonna take him at his word
