TBF if ump gives that call to Guidry, LSU still prob has the lead.

Wrong...it's not about one loss, it's the number of total losses for this team. UL, Vandy (2), mid tier crap that shouldn't have beat LSU....we can keep going. It's not one loss, it's that this team now can't afford to lose games moving forward.
It's not just about getting to the post season, it's about home field advantage....see how traveling to UNC works out a couple of years ago. Should have won the series, probably would have won if it was at LSU instead of of tigers being on the road.

Jay needs to stop paying the damn shift. It cost this team runs and momentum because he thinks the “check the box” on the stats is more important than the talent he assembled

Then hate that he's going to Westgate. Their coach seems to have funneled as many kids out of Louisiana as possible. Last one I can remember LSU actually getting from that school is Kayshon.
We lost out on the safety (Williams) I think was his name, he went to Texas, then lost out on the big TE from there, and of course Jabari Antoine (coaches nephew, I think?).
We've got a 25% hit rate from what should be an LSU feeder school...that's unacceptable.

This team doesn't understand how wearing pitches can create momentum. The AB worked for Yorke, but past LSU teams would have been hbp so many times already this year and the extra base runners would have created massive momentum swings.
