I am sorry to hear you are going through a rough patch in your life. Have you started thinking about dating yet? That should be something to look forward to.. When you are home, find a hobby or something to do. Get out and get some sun, that can help fight depression (if you actually suffering with it).
Find a TV series to watch, something you can get wrapped up in so that during the time you watching, you can temporarily forget your problems.. Get a dog.

Seek counseling. Go weekly for a couple of months, at minimum before you decide if you want to stop or not. Gives the counselor time to get to know you and you time to get used to it.
ETA: To be clear, I'm talking about individual counseling and not marriage counseling. Start there. Go for yourself and not with the intention that it will save your marriage.

If not, hang in there. Try not to be home alone. Find any excuse to get out. Meet with friends. If they ask why you are always wanting to do something, tell them what you just posted. I have a handful of "real friends" in my life. If one told me that I'd drop damned near everything to see to them.
Beware of alcohol. It cures everything. For ONE day. Depression or anxiety PLUS a hangover is a damned nightmare.
