We get our bonuses around end of Feb. KPI tells me exactly how much I’ll get so it’s never a surprise.
For Christmas we get $75 Amazon and managers tell us to go have a nice dinner and expense it.
Pretty good compared to the Christmas bonuses or pizza party I’d get working at a “mom and pop” company previously

I find the problem for me, with the wet brine, is finding space in the fridge. I would prefer a wet brine but you can’t go wrong with a dry brine either

There arent many poke options in BR, Finbomb would be the closest any maybe only other option in EBR. I used to frequent Poke World in prairieville. It's just a typical asian retail store, but the poke is good.
