This part is crazy. My neighbor does this, rents a big one and invites family to split it. I still don't get the fun part. You're in a high rise apartment that happens to have a water view. IF you want to go swimming, you ride an elevator down 20 floors to the beach and cram yourself onto the sand with a buttload of other people.

This is why you just buy a condo in a small rent restricted building

*not in orange beach

Sounds awful.

Well somebody likes it cause they’re all full up and building more. Might come as a shock to you, but some people like the things you don’t.

I am reading her lawsuit right now. What said about Mayor probably true and needs to be reported but frankly, she comes off sloppy and a bully in the case. I'm reading the filings right now. Entertaining but I've seen much better work out of attorneys. Much better.

They are ugly as all get out from the outside looking in but I’d be lying if I said the views aren’t spectacular from the inside.

So much where you can spend a large chunk of your time at the condo enjoying the view from above instead of on the sand frying

She’s def very straightforward.
And she’s on a mission.

The amount of ppl that live in OB permanently (roughly 6k) with a budget of like $30mil makes people without a moral compass want to run things.
Tony has made millions off his running of things, and he’s untouchable.

People are “struggling” but will still pay 10k a week to rent a condo in gulf shores

This part amazes me.

You ever watch George Kamel go interview people on the street in vacation destinations about their finances it is eye opening.

Not sure, but the ones under construction looked like at least twenty stories.
Ridiculous. That's going to be even more fun when its time to evacuate for hurricanes.

When I was in 4th or 5th grade we rented a in a beach house in GS for a week. There were houses like ours up and down the beach. The brand new Holiday Inn was the only high rise and it was probably four or five stories

Youngs by the Sea cabins. Bare minimum. Had an AC, though, I believe. Frederick destroyed em. Great, great deals.

People keep spending 700 plus a night for summer beach rentals and they’ll keep building.

Orange Beach was tolerable 8-10 years ago. I wouldn't even chance it now until after Labor Day.

Come on down to the Mississippi Gulf Coast. We got sun, we got beach, we got... well, we got sun and beach!

I remember my Uncle flying us into Jack Edwards Airport back in the late 90’s. It was so different back then. A well kept secret. Just a few condos, some local seafood spots, a surf shop and the FloraBama. A lot of arse and titties at the state line.
