I paid $8ish about two years ago. Fairly similar to your sized home, though mine is 2.5 (I think). Paid cash, but sometimes it's better to finance if you think you'll need the cash for something down the road. Just depends.

It stinks of intimidation, and if that's what you meant to intimate, just come out and say it.

However, if he's wacko enough to send such a rant to a high-ranking public official, he deserves scrutiny to examine his mental state of mind.

Kiss the King's boot, boy. We founded this country on the right to rant at a highranking official, not that you'd know that.

How is my comment "nerdy"? I hardly watch soccer at all. I've been around quite a lot of soccer players from all over the world (not pros of any level) and coaches, though, so my opinion is based on what I've seen and heard. Soccer in the US is for the people how have at least a comfortable income and can do the 'soccer' thing like baseball/softball/bball/etc. They send their kids to perfectly manicured fields with coaches and equipment fully supplied. Everything is fully organized. It's too pretty in the US. Kids in Spain are playing soccer in the street while they're walking to school or waiting on a bus, not just at practice. Soccer doesn't reach into the masses in the US the way it does in the rest of the world. Sure, IF our athletes were enveloped that way, then the US could be competitive on a world stage. But it doesn't, so we're not.

And you sound bitter. "Yeah, we'd kick your arse if our best athletes were playing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!".

Unless our greatest athletes have a ball attached to their feet from the time they learn to walk then there's no chance. The game is more than being a great athlete. It's about skill and touch.

This is like "Man I bet Alabama would beat the Cleveland Browns"

This.

Soccer players outside of the US play soccer in the streets with cans, in the hallways with tennis balls, in the yard with soccer balls, in the classroom with paper balls - everywhere they go. There's a reason it took Belgium 1 minute to score after we tied it. They do that because everybody else is playing with them, even if they aren't soccer players. Lebron James in his prime can't kick a ball with spin like they can. Lebron James in his prime can't dribble a ball like they can. And if he grew up loving soccer, the only place he'll get to practice soccer is on a field with other soccer players. Soccer is their sport. Almost everybody plays it, to some degree or other. Their golfers and tennis players play soccer. Their nerds play soccer. Our best athletes wouldn't be surrounded by soccer the way their players are.

Pro tip-When you are 50-60-70-women your own age will have just as much allure as they did when you were 20. Women are exquisite, at any age-and here's a little secret if you are doing it right-you will enjoy sex as you age even more than you did when you were young. Yeah, it won't be acrobatic-but you will have gratitude and joy and be forgiving of their imperfections in a way you never could have when you were 30.

Down vote now.

This pimp guy seems to knows what's up.

Respect.

This. Prolly after 6 months you won't get much of a high. But it'd do for a bit.

Leftists with their huge offense driven industry accusing someone else being tender never ceases to amaze.

You assholes have zero shame.

Boom! There it is, like clockwork. I disparaged your daddy Trump or some Trumpette, so I am a Leftist.

"Saggas" you racist pos.

Wait. That'd be misogynist pos. I think.
Dan
Chicago
Eagles
Boston

Could flip Chicago and the Eagles. They're both very good bands. Eagles made hay out of one sound, for the most part. It was a pretty good sound at times, but a bit onenoted to me.
Petty
Couger
Springsteen
Seger

Wore out Rain on the Scarecrow when it came out. Lot of those songs are personal. Have not seen him live, though, as the others. Sucks Petty died; he had another 20 years at least. I think he would've made better music than the others, and probably would give Dylan a bit of a run far as overall quality.

It was the 1st cop show produced with multiple storylines and and serialized episodes -- that is, like a soap.

So it has been enormously influential

Bout to say I think it's probably a bit underrated (even though it's usually top 20 or so), though it was a touch before my time/interest age.

Certainly would not hurt.

Because Jack wasn't getting punched in the face doesn't mean it wasn't any less impressive. When you're talking sports accomplishments in general, you can't always do apples to apples.

Both are pretty incredible. Love me some George Foreman.

Yes it does. Golf is a great game, but to win a title in boxing at that age is a helluva lot more impressive than winning the Masters. Snead won plenty of tournaments in his 40s and into his 50s. Phil won at 51 or so. Golf is absurdly difficult from a skill level, but boxing is absurdly difficult from an athletic level, and age affects one a lot more than the other.

Jack Nicklaus wasn't getting punched in the face by a two division world champion.

Apples and oranges.

Yeah. Appreciate the feat, but Foreman's title at that age is infinitely more impressive then Jack's win. The sheer athleticism alone makes it so.
Someone should show crime stats from a n'hood with flags and a n'hood in the hood.
My administration is lowering prices.

We love our socialism, don't we Trumpettes?

She’s looking quite frumpy. 3,4,2,1

Bout to say, even the Trumpettes on the Rant have lost their balls. No ranking till your post.

Have to go with 3/4/2/1 as well, but wouldn't be mad about 3 or 4 on a Friday night.
She's wrong in her opinion of the country, as a whole, but the bravery in the swinger moms of LTT (is 'swinging' a sin in the Bible? Can't recall) calling for publicity in order to shut her down is a bit amusing considering she posted her opinion in full on social media.. Nothing accidental about it. And you Trumpettes eating it up is even more amusing.

Ya'll are so tender.
