Black people (overwhelmingly) find a way to ruin everything and make daily life more dangerous and chaotic for everyone else.

The amount of energy is unfathomable. We are so insignificant.

Postpartum depression is real. And recognizing it is important...

HOWEVER it is not an excuse for what she did to those innocent children. She deserves to be punished to the fullest extent. The women who defend her are also fricked in the head and should never be allowed near children.

I am absolutely floored at the number of women around me that can't understand this. My wife said almost every one of her friends is supporting her. It's really unbelievable.
Well that is absolutely horrific and depressing

Well shite that sucks
I think that is a bit extreme. I had an excellent education at SPS. Most all of my close friends from there are very successful.

However, I have to imagine that over time, and especially without Brother Ray, things have changed.

Black/purple rice is the best

re: Do any of you like sirline steaks?

I almost exclusively buy sirloins. The prime sirloins at Sam's and Costco do wonderful with sous vide. They end up tender as a filet but with more fat and flavor.

I’ll be going to my GP for some supplemental pain support ahead of time.

I would caution against this. Your surgeon can see if you've received pain medication from another provider. You may very well get push back from the pharmacy and/or the surgeon.

What is a fair price on this? It’s on an upcoming surgery I’m paying cash for and $1,800 seems steep from what I’ve read online.

It's not cheap, but that sounds very high. It's very nice to have though
Yes that's normal. I prescribe Norco instead of percocet, but patients get 28 tablets (1 every 6 hours) of either 5 mg or 10 mg depending on the procedure. They also get a block with experel which is a local anesthetic that last up to 72 hours.

Pain is important. People need to be okay with it.
We are an early bed/early rise family. 8:30 is usually the latest kids will stay up. Wife and I are usually 9-9:30.
