No. They wouldn't.

How would they even inflict any damage? Y'all are talking about gouging eyes out and stuff...how exactly would any person accomplish that? They would have their face and arms ripped off just trying.

The ONLY hope would be the gorilla eventually tiring out. I don't think 100 men is enough to cause that.

All that matters.

VTSAX and chill.
I think if you don't try and time the market it makes no difference.

Retirement deposits and brokerage contributions hit every 2 weeks come hell or high water.

Who cares what the market does day to day, week to week, or month to month.

People who freak out on a few % swing one way or the other need to reconsider their asset allocation.

And still no Mandeville :casty:
I've had the privilege to travel the world on multiple Gulfstreams - GIII, GIV, and G550. It unfortunately makes having to fly commercial pretty terrible

and not just no, but hell no. It's not a private school if taxpayer money goes to fund its student's admission.

The people who pay the money get the product. School vouchers are socialism. Period.

100%. This is one of the major reasons we're taking my daughter out of her private school. Why the hell would I pay ~25k for my 2 kids (son starting kindergarten) when a bunch of people just get to come for free!?
What I can't understand is vacation property values.

Granted, they are definitely starting to drop. However, basically everything along the gulf coast doubled during covid. I can't figure out if they were bought in cash with all the money flying around, or if they're all heavily leveraged to take advantage of the Vrbo covid boom.

Regardless, it seems like there would be an awfully small pool of buyers who could afford at this point.
Insurance companies vs personal injury lawyers.

Lawd.

I have had patients ask me for a PERMANENT tag for everything from an ingrown toenail, to plantar fasciitis, to bunions.

...and yes, 98% of the time it's kings and queens

I don't know yet, you have to request a payment plan then they send you a contract but from what I could find it will be 6-7% currently.

Unless you have no way to pay it off now that sounds like a horrible financial decision
I had a black fireball that would sleep for days

If I remember correctly, my school - OLL in Mandeville - actually sold yoyos or at least parts in the office for awhile
Not one product, but food in general. I refuse to buy low quality food/ingredients
I have a nagging suspicion they have done this before

Fascinating...

Read something this morning about record numbers of 401k holders bailing out of stocks in the last few days.

Not smart.

I went 100% stocks. Paid off well.

I don't normally day trade my retirement accounts, but the drop last week was just too enticing.
