How many more high rise condos will Orange Beach cram in there?

I saw two new ones going up a few weeks ago.

Amazing what happened to that place in such a short time span.

Follow the money of Tony kennon and Brett Robinson.
Once they run out of sand, they’ll stop building.

Helena Moreno’s sister had piles of lawsuits and discovery coming out on Kennon including the night he was naked on the balcony of City property beating his wife. Should be fun to watch her follow the money trail. She has them squirming. Latest is the City stopped fighting after spending over 50k in legal fees for Tony.

At some point the cost to buy and maintain the condos will outpace what people are willing to pay for rent

That hasnt happened yet

People are “struggling” but will still pay 10k a week to rent a condo in gulf shores

When I was in 4th or 5th grade we rented a in a beach house in GS for a week. There were houses like ours up and down the beach. The brand new Holiday Inn was the only high rise and it was probably four or five stories

Not sure, but the ones under construction looked like at least twenty stories.

I have no idea what you’re talking about, but I’m interested.

This part is crazy. My neighbor does this, rents a big one and invites family to split it. I still don't get the fun part. You're in a high rise apartment that happens to have a water view. IF you want to go swimming, you ride an elevator down 20 floors to the beach and cram yourself onto the sand with a buttload of other people.

Sounds awful.

Go to Facebook.
Search “CC Dixon Moreno”.
Prepare yourself for an hour or two down a rabbit hole.

So glad my family prefers the mountains!!!! The more secluded the better for us! All three of my kids wanted mountain graduation trips.

I hate places like that with so many high rises. I'd rather go to a state park or something where there's nothing around. The best beach I ever saw was the national seashore at Canaveral.

Currently in FWB for the weekend. High gas prices, inflation, and all the shite the MSM cry about appears to be having no effect on the vast throngs of vacationers here.

Orange Beach was tolerable 8-10 years ago. I wouldn't even chance it now until after Labor Day.

And what's with all the Texas people going there now?
