No. I’ve never bought a business. Started five, with one successful exit thus far. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, my next exit will be unsuccessful (lost a couple hundred k).

I have zero in retirement, but own 3 businesses.
I’m selling one later this year/early next.
Growing a restaurant group in the UK.
My small hvac company is in our third year, and we’re up 200% this year.

Going to get back into insurance, and hope to open a couple small brokerages across the southeast (OK, AR, TN, AL, FL) over the next 13 years, when I hit 55.

Hope to have exit strategies for $10mil and recurring income of six figures for rest of life.

Bartend in the keys in the winter/UK in the summer when I hit 60, as both kids will be “out the house”.
