LTC insurance is super expensive.
And, there’s only like 4 carriers still offering it.
The much better option is a life insurance policy, either WL or UL with an ltc rider.

Maybe for the Tract homes, but where I live in Baldwin county with an hvac co and a home design company, we’ve never been busier with new home construction.

It’s called doing the right thing.
World needs a little more of that at the moment.
Everyone wins in this situation.
Florida a little less than Tulane, but everyone should be happy.
Tulane has found a way to successfully navigate the new world of the NIL, and has found a niche as a feeder/“minor league” school.
I hope there is a stat out there of playoff teams, and how much their coaching staffs and NIL deals are. Next year, when lsu is in the playoffs, it will have cost $40mil+ (nil $25mil, kiffin $12mil, baker $2mil, Weiss $1mil, etc). Tulane will be able to do it for 10% of that.
