On both feet in battle. It might be painful, but you get to go to Valhalla.

At what age will you start these hikes. Otherwise you'll die of a stroke before gaining 100 feet in altitude.

Posting on behalf of the real guy Tony from work.

My guy was cutting his lawn on his Friday off and had massive heart attack. His neighbor noticed him just laid out in yard after fell off the lawnmower.

Sounds way better than dreading a death you know learning because you've been sick and got a diagnosis.

God bless mates

Uremia from renal failure is supposedly a good way to go.

I plan to die of advanced Renal disease over loaded with fluid and unable to breathe.
I mean, if that's YOUR plan, okay, but watching my mom being unable to get enough oxygen and not being able to do anything about is still upsetting to think about. You don't want this, but you do you.

I've already been hospitalized twice with a collapsed lung from fluid build up.
This is my end. I have to accept it. It won't be soon but even with a transplant I'll eventually succumb to it.
I was just being real.

But with OP the easiest death is drug overdose. You go out high and die while out of it. Heroin or Fentanyl.

My grandfather's brother was picking pecans in his early 90s on his hands and knees. Crawled over to the pecan tree, sat against it, lit a cigarette, and fell asleep. Cigarette was still lit when they found him.

It was a better death than he deserved. My grandfather, the greatest man I've ever known, died in a hospital after an aortic aneurysm.

Life...and death... Aren't fair.

We hear (from news etc) of all the horrible ways that people meet their maker.

But what is the best way?

I’m going post nut heart attack.
I mean is there any other way to go out feeling fulfilled or in a moment of satisfaction?

When I die, I want to go like my Grandfather...in my sleep. Not screaming and on fire like the people on the bus he was driving.

Between clean sheets in a soft warm bed in the presence of loved ones and on good meds just drifting away.
