Golf.
Reta worked but not worth the discomfort. Didn't have much weight to lose.
BPC-157 and TB-500 (separate, not wolverine) was a miracle worker for elbow tendinosis, and torn rotator cuff.
KVP made me wonky, couldn't stay on long enough to notice.
CJC 1295/IPA no dac really started working but started causing joint swelling.
My wife loves CJC/IPA. She's become sort of a gym rat. She's 49 so peri is in full swing. She feels energized, sleeps better, lost a couple of pounds, and libido is cooking.

re: NAD+ feedback?

You also don't have to inject NAD. There are precursors and Liposomal formulations. I noticed a big difference in the first week. But, went to every third day. I started feeling wiped taking every day. RHO liposomal.
Peptides work best if you are aging and becoming depleted in some areas. Most don't work if you are young enough to not have deficits.

I was suspect about all the pre-race praise for the track, but it challenged the drivers and allowed multiple passing zones, so I'm for it.
Louis Foster had a rocket ship and looked unbeatable ... until. I can remember other races like that where a longshot guy like Townsend Bell or Graham Rahal had the field beat and then got taken out by some simple mistake or pit road incident.
If I can remember them, then I bet those drivers seldom go a day without thinking Doh!
Yeah, the pit sequence and caution got him behind but he really made up places quick. Just got impatient looking for that first win.
The full photo showed op on my company's feed somehow on Facebook.

Gragson returning to front row 4 next year. So uninspiring.
I really don't get Gragson. Does he have money behind him?

Firing an AR inside, especially in a hallway is brutal. It will fry your ear, not just hearing loss later in life. I was in a shooting bay and forgot to pull my ear pro down. One shot gave me permanent tinnitus in my left ear. It's not fun.
Creatine, at least 10g.
MCT oil daily, or exogenous ketones.
Resistance training, emphasis on legs.

Considering the potential nominees this next cycle, this is only a hypothetical.

Not food but Pensacola Bay Brewery Riptide Amber.
He won't sue anybody because it opens him up to discovery.
I have had C-6, C-7 fused. It really helped almost immediately with the hand numbness. The pain took a while to resolve. The problem is the load transference to the other discs after fusion. Is disc replacement out?
If they run twice at COTA, I hope they run another variation of the track. COTA has multiple layouts.

Legal Rules on Pardons and the Fifth Amendment
Removal of Jeopardy: A full and unconditional pardon removes criminal liability, meaning answers cannot legally incriminate you for the pardoned act.
Compelled Testimony: Without the threat of self-incrimination, courts can legally compel you to answer questions or testify about the events.

The Rejection Exception: Under the Supreme Court case Burdick v. United States, an individual has the right to formally reject a pardon and retain their Fifth Amendment privilege.

So question to those that watch the LPGA… is it like the WNBA in that the best in the world still struggle with basic skills? Like some of them still struggle to make layups and their jumpers might be broken
I don’t want to just automatically compare her consistent to a male player’s consistent
No, It's actually a more nuanced game in some respects. The field is nowhere near as deep as a men's field though. After the top 30, the skill level falls off quickly.
Nelly and the top women golfers are extremely talented. They have to play a different game, sometimes with more touch because they can't spin it like the men inside of 150. From 220-170, they use hybrids and long irons while the men are hitting 6 and 7 iron 200+. It's not just driver distance.
I would say greenside and putting they are pretty close.

Her driver stock yardage is 252 carry. I don't think comparing men and women in golf is a good thing. They play a different game.
She's an awesome golfer, I wish I had her fluid swing. I'm a huge fan. That being said, It's 2 different games with the distances. It's not a talent thing, It's a strength thing.

I have a half brother in law doing life. He says he's innocent too.
He is incredible off the tee. Sets his whole game off that. Seldom in trouble. When he gets in trouble, he handles it well.
Ben Kohles is as talented but he lets things rattle him. Koivun is ice.

Yes, there is a point in life where we cannot add muscle and what we have at that point needs to last us the rest of their life but research has started to prove that a higher V02 max is tied more directly to a longer and healthier life than muscle mass.
I think both are definitely important and for myself, I usually heavily prioritize cardio in the summer, fall and early winter and then once the time changes and it gets colder (and closer to ski season) more prioritize strength training.
I respectfully disagree with this. I'm 58 and have put on a significant amount of muscle. Your quads are your fatburners. Resistance training increases the size of your fatburners.
VO2 max while good, isn't living up to the claims of being the elixer of long life, muscle mass is. Besides a high VO2 max with muscle mass is the most healthy. Muscle assists your heart moving blood through your body, your calves are called your "second heart" for a reason.
re: Just self-injected both knees with BPC-157
Posted by XenScott on 7/13/26 at 4:40 pm to Arthur Bach
BPC-157 is being given as an adjunct by some local orthos to enhance healing time of the injury, post op. It aint going to fix anything major, it will enhance healing and tissue regeneration. Not a magic bullet to heal anything that can't heal.
It has worked well on elbow tendonitis with me, and has somewhat helped with a torn rotator cuff I have. It didn't " heal" the cuff, but it has helped around it.
It doesnt seem to help arthritic type injuries except any soft tissue around it. It doesn't do much if anything for cartilage growth. Where it really helps is increasing the rate of tendon repair especially microtears. The closer to the muscle the tendon injury is, the better it works. basically it shortens the time of healing, but can't heal unhealable injuries.
IM injections in the muscle as close to the tendon as possible works really well. I think that's why it works so well on elbow tendonitis/tendonosis. It's easy to hit the spot. The elbow is much more simple and accessible than a shoulder or knee.
