Anybody who is running in 2028 will have to do their own thing at some point. JD can't resign to run so he needs to stay in the good graces. If anyone thinks the next man/woman up will carry on this MAGA thing exactly as Trump envisions it, well, they are crazy.

This may be true but I guaranty there is undiscovered, let's say untapped oil off the California coast. And taking hysteria and emotions out of it, oil can be drilled for and produced safely out there.

A 50 year loan is not designed for a family to spend 50 years in that house. It is designed to make house payments lower and to allow those who are paying rent to instead build equity in a house. Sure they are paying more in interest but they are putting money to work instead of just sliding it to someone else. And then in ten years they sell a house at appreciated value. Rinse and repeat.
