Sigh

Rote screed of some garden variety New Orleans hedonist who thinks he’s living some sort of enchanted, singular life.

Tragic fallacy at its delusional core.

Utah is ranked first because it mostly lacks this very type of persona.

If you die of natural causes in Nola, it’s your own damned fault! Way too many fun ways to live and enjoy life.

Vs death in magic underwear.

Number 1 on this list is soul-less and empty. Kill me. I don’t live in all of Louisiana. I live in the worldclass parts. Split time with other places to balance. Life is great!!!!

Nola 2, SLC 0. All infinity long, Raoul Stimulato.

Natural Environment #49

What exactly are the metrics here?

LA fails in a lot but its natural environment isn’t one. The wetlands and forests are top tier.

I ask this is good faith. Is Louisiana even a good state for hunting compared to other flyover states? is it any better than states like Arkansas, Missouri, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Georgi

Marsh and near shore saltwater fishing is unparalleled. Louisiana used to have the best waterfowling in the world until the ducks stopped wintering here for several reasons, some of them man-made. Bass fishing and deer hunting are alright, but not up to the level of some of the states listed above.

To answer your question, it depends on what you're going after.

I’m currently living in WA, and will be for at least 6 months.

I f’n love it, but still have a home in NOLA. This board shits on LA, but there is a lot I miss about it. The uniqueness, food, music, art, architecture, and people of south LA are unrivaled.

According to US News

I’d have to look at demographics but I believe US News may be a bunch of racists.

I’m more inclined to believe Louisiana education is making better strides than California as reported by other organizations.

This board knows racism like Einstein knew speed of light. Love half of this board. To hell with the other half.

LA/New Orleans is better living than most places in the world. And is not close. I have first-hand experience with some far reaching places in the world to know. And know many people who agree in the in-between places of the world.

May the LA racists, in particular, find non hate life. Can be done. And your life, and descendants, will thank you for it.

The used tires and sofas really add to the majesty.
