Until you do. I felt like a chump paying my premiums because i never used my insurance. Then my eyesight got so bad I needed surgery to be able to function. Insurance covered most of it. I would have had to pay about 30k out of pocket without it.

Company covers 75% of mine, but it’s still $1010 a month for me and one child. I think it would around $1650 for the two of us if they didn’t cover part of mine.
If you pay $1010 and the company covers 75% wouldn’t your premium be $4040 if the company wasn’t covering 75% of the premium?

You can thank Obama and the democrats for passing Obamacare in the middle of the night over the Christmas holiday. Cost have only skyrocketed since then

ACA passed in 2009 Torch. (And Bourne)
Republicans have been in control of the entire government at least four different years since then.
If the republicans could do better, why didn’t they?
Are you just so biased that you can’t think straight on this subject or are you just naturally slow in general?

A Scam insurance industry with endless people working in the separate support part of the industry- medical billing, data, “benefits analyst”, are just a few.

It’s the republicans that seem perfectly fine with the status quo concerning healthcare.
The only politicians talking about major change in the area are democrats and independents.
Remember Medicare for all if you want it?
That was the idea of a democratic candidate for President in 2024 who was by far the most knowledgeable candidate in the field and the best communicator, but we didn’t want him because he was born gay, due to no fault of his own.
But I guess we really don’t mind paying 1,000 a month for health insurance since we were able to eliminate gay sex.

That’s because they created the problem and as usual the answer to their created problems is more govt regulation and welfare spending. It’s a never ending cycle with your ilk.
They tried to cover their problem by extending covid welfare subsidies to make Obamacare more affordable and then tried to push another extension during a shut down.

This part may be true but it was highly publicized for a while before this happened. It's not like they did this to pass it while no one was looking. It was orchestrated for dramatic effect as LA Senator Mary Landrieu held out so she could be the deciding vote.

The Unaffordable Care Act, Obamacare, is just one of thousand of terrible, legislated laws. The Republicans bloviated for 8 years that they would repeal and fix Obamacare. Like Democrats, they just distort real issues with faux outrage on other faux issues. In the meantime, Louisiana with 50 % of the population on Medicaid and Medicare, the highest in the country, causes the private insurance companies like BlueCross to increase rates on the private, paying consumers. They can’t rate increase the government ( Medicare and Medicaid ) as those rates are fixed. Many medical providers do not want Medicaid because of the low rate. So, being a capitalistic company BlueCross does what they have to do in order to be profitable. At some point, the system will crash or reset when we run out of private, paying customers.

lol That’s insanely stupid
You must be one of those people that can’t accept the obvious fact that people are born gay because it infringes on your childish delusion that you’re immortal.
And yeah, I did go into dementia mode getting my years confused. Bedtime.
