It is highly embarrassing that this gutless turd was a Marine officer.

I thought she wasn't actually fired yet, just on leave with pay or something.

If you think she and that other marketing executive aren’t sitting at home getting paid for about a year with full health insurance right now you’re delusional. They got a golden parachute for their failings in exchange for a general release of all claims. These people always fail UP. Not down. UP.

Right... and they're just the scapegoats anyway. No one with half a brain honestly believes this was just some marketing employees gone rogue.

He needs a lesson in economics. ABs loss is someone else’s gain. Most probably within the same adult beverage market.
And still no real apology and promise to “cut this dumb social pandering out in the future”

Tell those poor employees Yuengling is hiring! They need help to expand, and meet the new demand!

Being super woke, I'm not sure how he can even live with himself being in that position as a (I assume) straight, white, male. I'm literally shaking just thinking about it.

The employees will be fine, unless AB uses that as an excuse to downsize. My buddy says no one is buying bl but they are selling everything else and can't keep it at the distro. He said their sales ytd are the highest they've ever been. He's working 1-1 1/2 hrs longer each day to fulfill. Basically selling more beer than ever & he's been doing it over 20 years.
The CEO is playing the sheep.

He should have thought about his employees before making such a boneheaded mistake.

Unlike the wise, and informed posters of the OT, I'm here to tell you 99% of America has no clue how many beers AB/Inbev own, and distribute. I'll admit I didn't, until this crap broke on the OT and some knowledgeable posters posted the list of what they owned.

I found that list with the quickness and have been educating every beer drinker I know. I had to slap a Corona out of my neighbor’s hand a few days after the Mulvaney stunt.

It started out as just a boycott and now it’s a cultural thing. Bud Light is seen as a “trans” sissy beer. Conservative men(sales demographic) won’t be seen buying it or drinking it in public. It’s too late. The company may be fine, but Bud Light it done.

There is absolutely nothing they can say that will help them. The brand is toast. Statements like this are proof. Just best shut up and take your tremendous L.
