Im more worried about the children and women that have to share a space with mentally deranged sexual deviant men.

Funny thing is you probably have a situation where some people were simply boycotting by buying other beer then realized how much better other beer tastes and have now made a lifestyle choice.
It’s exactly that. There are other beers for the same price point literally on the shelf next Bud Light at all of the same stores
It takes 0 effort or monetary sacrifice to switch beer brands, they were existing off of branding and brand loyalty. It’s why this was such a monumental frick up.

Maybe he should’ve thought about his employees before needlessly alienating a huge portion of his business’s customer base.
On a practical level, I don’t think anyone would expect this level of outrage over a can, given the many many other unchecked things that could be objected to

Bud Light boycotters decimating sales over Dylan Mulvaney promotion should think about employees, Anheuser-Busch CEO Brendan Whitworth says
Maybe AB should have thought about their employees first and thought about the possible consequences!

Fine if that’s what you believe, but let me ask you: just what was the upside of this marketing idea???

Got to love it. It's your fault his employees will probably lose their jobs
I mean, he's right...it is the public's fault that sales are low and employee jobs are in jeopardy.
The problem is that his employees aren't the responsibility of the public.

Something about a camel's back and a straw comes to mind.

Brendan Whitworth wants Bud Light boycotters to blame him for the fateful Dylan Mulvaney promotion and not punish the 65,000 people whose livelihoods depend on Anheuser-Busch.
Ok. Apologize. Fire all responsible.. and resign.
Just think about the 65,000 employees……. Brendan.

I tend to agree with this. I don't think the AB people really thought doing something that most corporations are doing would cause this kind of backlash.
But, as another poster mentioned, once the outrage took hold, it changed the culture and Bud Lights is now seen as the Gay Tranny Beer. I don't think there's a way to put that genie back into the bottle.
What was amusing was when the gays started posting all over social media how much they loved Bud Light, only to become outraged themselves when Bud started backing away from the LGBTQWERTY shite.

Shaming me for not buying something from you that I don’t want, for the sake of the people who work for the company that you have run into the ground is some impressive mental gymnastics.
Your business is sales. You lost the sale. My wallet is not a charity.

No dummy you should be thinking about your employees as well as customer base.

Well he needed to think about his employees. Why should everyone else need to worry about them?
