I did not lie. I was mistaken and admitted my error.

I'm sorry, but I still dont see that in your title

Its OK to blame Landry for something he didnt do (as people surf the title threads), but not OK to accept blame for your false allegation in the title?

quote:

California Dem Senator Padilla

He knows that if millions of them get sent back, he likely is done as a US Senator, because the votes wont be there any longer
This is THE problem. They come here, make little to no effort to fully assimilate, then expect all the same benefits as those that did it the right way, or whose ancestors that did it the legal way
quote:

They would have been American citizens if they had been born in Mexico to this father.

And yet still, she wouldnt be. And filing against her deportation wouldnt use "anchor babies" as a HUGE justification for her remaining here, now would it?

They are the anchors for her, not him
quote:

Anchor baby is a term—regarded by some as a pejorative referring to a child born to a non-citizen parent, which will therefore help the parent and other family members gain citizenship or legal residency
I'm not the one who lied about Landry vetoing a bill

And would be more proper to edit the title accurately, by saying you were wrong accusing Landry about doing that, rather than "maybe" he still will

Seems like they are saying they would rather be a PBM if they have to choose.

Maybe they are lying.

They are lying

The link says the leges called them out for that tweet. Already happened in Arky. But they only had 23 pharmacies there, so they closed them. They wont close 180 in La. Because there is no guarantee they will always be a PBM, which is rebid from insurers annually

Aren't the children American citizens through their American father's citizenship?

That still doesnt protect her from deportment

But she can try to scam some judge into letting her stay cuz dem babys need a momma
quote:

y'all voted for this. Good thing formula is cheap

Shes had a deportment order signed by a judge 7 years ago. Before she was even married

She chose to have anchor babies instead

Days before her interview in New Orleans, the Clouatres learned that Paola had a final order of removal issued by a judge in California in 2018.

Is this supposed to change my mind?

this may be premature. I had been informed he had vetoed the bill, but it was actually a different bill.

Maybe if you werent in such a rush to piss on Landry people might take your posts more seriously
Except the part where these so called 'good workers' have been harboring the criminal elements. You know, the 'didndus'

Whats Spanish for didndu?

If CVS pharmacy leaves, I’m trying to see why this is a big loss. Horrible company.

They arent leaving. They just want to continue to double dip.

They will stop being a PBM, then be forced to lower their drug prices, because they cant PBM their way to their current pricing structure any longer

Its a lose/lose for them

Is giving $1000 to every baby not socialism?

As a means to generate personal wealth. Thats the part you left out

Shinyhole, do you expect us to buy that socialists want people to generate their own wealth?
I like Mike as a person, a lot. But what exactly did he do to be such a great conservative?

He went to Southern for a law degree
Was a DIM until he declared for governor
Democrat Andy Kopplin was his Chief of Staff
He appointed other DIMs and an 80 year old as top staff
He violated ethics laws and was fined
He forced standardized testing into schools leading to the Common Core disaster
Set the tone for Blanco to be elected

All of the above would have the PT claiming he wasnt a conservative

This is the correct answer
Deportation is an 80/20 issue. Like men in womens sports

If they think allowing foreigners to riot is going to turn against Trump, well they thought the same way about impeachment and arresting him
quote:

Have any of them actually said this or are you just being intentionally stupid?

Yes. There was a thread on it

Their argument was being undocumented is only a misdemeanor, and therefore, not grounds for deportation due to "criminal behavior"

I posted links where both DIMs and Repubs argued against making it a felony for different reasons

DIMs - because they wanted to hang on to it not being a deporatable act

Repubs - because they didnt want to be forced to provide them with an attorney

Elon Musk once described his past immigration status as a ‘gray area’.

The investors soon found themselves surprised, Musk’s account captured in a video on the Milken Institute’s YouTube page. “When they did fund us,” Kimbal Musk recalled, “they realized that we were illegal immigrants. And had been lying about our status."

quote:

A. Person Procures Naturalization Illegally

A person is subject to revocation of naturalization if he or she procured naturalization illegally. Procuring naturalization illegally simply means that the person was not eligible for naturalization in the first place. Accordingly, any eligibility requirement for naturalization that was not met can form the basis for an action to revoke the naturalization of a person. This includes the requirements of residence, physical presence, lawful admission for permanent residence, and good moral character.

Discovery that a person failed to comply with any of the requirements for naturalization at the time the person became a U.S. citizen renders his or her naturalization illegally procured. This applies even if the person is innocent of any willful deception or misrepresentation.
1) Kill his govt subsidies
2) Re-open the investigations started by the Biden DOJ
3) Check his Visa status, and start proceedings

Musk may be rich on paper, but Trump is the most powerful person on the planet
