Full length stalls, a door with an occupied or vacant indicator and some elevator music playing to muffle shart sounds is really the sign of a civilized society. I would add bidets everywhere but we’re not that evolved here yet.

I went to a Bucees one time.
It was like a glorified Super Wal-Mart and I have no idea why anybody cared about it. I don't recall what the stalls were like since I'm a man and I just needed to pee. (Actually, I'm not sure if I really needed to pee, or if I just peed because you're supposed to pee while you're there.) I guess the urinals were nice, but it's hard to care that much about it.

I was in a hospital administration building yesterday and needed to piss.
Two bathrooms side by side and both mens and womens symbols on them.
I picked one and sure enough no urinal. I just pissed in the corner.

Worked at a lab in an El Dorado, Ark hospital that had the bathroom adjacent to the breakroom. The tv was set up to where the bathroom setter could still watch the tv. I had to mandate the bathroom door be closed if they were using the commode. Half of them had no idea why. 90% female.

The reason they don't go down to floor is because it is easier to clean. Especially the women's bathroom because they like to hover and spray everywhere like a cat.

A bus I was traveling on across China pulled over and let everybody off to piss & shite next to each other in an open field by the road. It was weird.

Funny enough, my company built a new headquarters building about four years ago. Our CFO insisted on doors all the way to the floor in all bathroom stalls.
