Works for me. Throw the first pitch, have chance to set in the booth for an inning or two, etc. Do not know his name but I have seen this guy setting in the left field bleachers for years, cheering on the Tigers. Not just weekend conference games, but every game. ...

The name speaks for itself. PIP Performance/Improvement/Plan During my years in management I probably saw 7-8 people put on a PIP and only one survived not being canned. It's real name should be HRCTA Human Resourses Covering Their arse...
