The stalls on the 2nd floor of South Stadium dorms at LSU had no doors. The 3rd floor didn't even have stalls. This was in the mid 1980s during its last couple years to be open as a dorm.
I'm not sure too many people enjoyed the 3rd floor toilets.

I've been using one of these since 1984:

I bet you take a wide stance.

I’d rather one that doesn’t go as high up. It would be fun to see everyone’s faces.
This made me laugh

I’m wondering if people would prefer the stalls to go all the way to the bathroom floor.

I had to go to a training facility at a Dutch based company in Houston often. The bathrooms were pristine and each stall was a 9 foot door with a door sweep. Nearly soundproof. Very private without a public feeling (recessed lighting/dim lighting).
That should be the standard in office buildings. If I was a landlord I would definitely have the bathrooms upgraded with that. If I was a business looking at office space in which I spent 8-10 hrs a day working, I would want to see the bathroom situation.

He wears unique shoes, and it’s hard not to notice them because the bathroom stall has a 1’ - 2’ gap at the bottom.

Like how they are in Europe?

So you want to put up toilets and charge people a fee to go in and doo doo? That wouldn't work at all. There wouldn't be enough cash flow. Then you have to contract out someone to clean these toilets.. Which might cost more than you make per day.

And what is a price that people will not pay? $2? A lot less people would pay $10, but if you only get 2 people.. that would be better than if 8 people used the service at $2. I dont like this.. I am out.

Jerome Bettis’s steakhouse in Pittsburgh had one way glass at the urinals so you could keep watching the games on the tvs at the bar. It felt like you were just taking a piss in front of the whole place though. A little weird
