Listened to an interview with Demeco Ryans a few months back, and he was very intentional with the assistant/coaching positions he took on his climb to becoming a head coach.

Glad we went this route. Excited for Mayo and an infusion of youth/innovation while being able to keep the defensive core together and in the same system more or less
