Going 49-33 and not making the playoffs has to be something only the Pels could pull off
Zion will be questionable / gametime decision.
Got to protect those ticket sales and screw over the fans one last time....

Have to imagine season ticket sales take a huge hit if they really do the unimaginable and lose 8 of last 9 home games....

I agree with Brandon Walker's (Barstool) take:

WWE is just a neverending TV show with storylines upon storylines.
The South Park episode on it does a great job, too, where it portrays WWE as theater....

I'm also growing accustomed the the Spotify AI where it builds playlists for me based upon my listening history and whatever mood/genre I type in. I had to mow the lawn this weekend, so typed in Yardwo...
re: What a cringe moment for Travis Kelce
Posted by John Casey on 4/12/24 at 2:13 pm
Why would any normal person be aware of that?
Is it more or less normal to immediately think it was a real, legitimate graduation where a person's whole family would be allowed on stage to watch a relative chug a beer while being handed a diploma?
My first thought when seeing vi...
You’d be thrown in jail for chugging a beer at a fake graduation that you put on for fundraising?
It's amazing how many people in this thread don't realize this was not a real graduation and was an event put on by both Kelce brothers for their podcast....

Don't believe everything you see on social media.
It wasn't a graduation. It was a live taping of their New Heights podcast in the University of Cincinna...

re: Imagine if a good player in the 80s/90s get teleported into todays time and starts playing
Posted by John Casey on 4/10/24 at 1:43 pm
It's all relative and would depend on the sport and position.
I don't think many Offensive and Defensive Linemen from the past would be able to play in today's game with there being a 40-50 lbs swing in size difference. Most skill positions would be fine.
The traditional big men of the past in...
Has that information been released anywhere or is it too damaging to the narrative that the women can outdraw the men?
This year’s NCAA Women’s March Madness (57 games) across ESPN platforms averaged 2.2 million viewers, up 121% from the 2023 tournament, making it the most-watched ...
Donovan - He’s an NBA coach now
For how much longer, though? If Bulls don't make it past the play-in, is he guaranteed to be brought back?
Would he get a 3rd opportunity to be head coach in NBA?
The issue with Donovan is that Kentucky would have to wait a few weeks that they ...

Dead program
UCLA was just in the Final Four in 2021 and went to 3 straight Sweet 16s in 2021, 2022, and 2023.
Nebraska hasn't been close to being that relevant in football since the late 90s/early 2000s....

They really nailed the ending of the series.
The end of an era.
Curb and Always Sunny have been my two favorite comedy shows for the last 15 or so years. I hope Always Sunny can hang on for another few years....
