It's a terrible contract. All of his value is tied with his bat. Soto's a bad defender who can't run. He's going to be a DH before his contract is halfway done. But LOL at Yankees because Soto's bat is irreplaceable. ...

I have to imagine that NFL interest in him is really low for him to even entertain this. Also makes very little sense from the North Carolina POV. Why would you go from one 73-year-old coach to another? They need a younger coach in there to revitalize the program....

Reminds me of the Washington Redskins that had three first round picks from 1969-1990 but yet was able to have a ton of success with late round draft picks and trading for and signing veteran players. Went completely against the conventional thinking of building teams by hitting on first round draft...
