And just for fun, 70% of Jokic this season is currently:

21 point, 9 reb, 7.5 assist player.

That's actually hilarious...that's still a mvp caliber player

Atlanta

It's 3rd in the league in defensive sacks.

We are really bad at OL

Recipe for disaster
All while Sam darnold is lighting it up, stop overthinking things Minnesota. What a mistake and they double downed..

Chris Webber & demarcus cousins.

He is built like cousins, but has more finesse and handles nor is he lumbering when he moves. He's smooth like Webber

That's his ceiling IMHO

And that's why I would hate being a defender.
He pretends to ease up to throw it away. Takes off when defender let's up

Lol Mahomes and tears. fricking stupid flag
To be fair to him, push the hamstring and he's done for the year.

The issue is his game is all hamstring and not low impact finesse.

That being said - rebuild his image and ship him off for anything. It's time to move on
Correct me if I'm wrong - so they're trying to create a scenario where cooks decides his fate and the Saints get to recoup money but the rule doesn't allow the financial part
If we're resetting, you do it right. That unfortunately includes moving the most valuable asset - tm3.

Offensively he's what you want in a 3, but he's not a star. He's also a liability defensively.

Are the Hawks turning that trade down if the pick is Top 3 protected? Top 5?

I know the leaked story, but I still don't believe he was that dumb to not ask for protections first.

Why is it that it was "such a bad deal for us" yet it was Atlanta who took it? Why not any of the other 4 teams? Why aren't they stupid to not take it?
2 guys who play meaningful minutes who shoot >38% from 3

Bey - 38.4%
Murphy - 38.1%

34.2% as a team

yet this game our best 2 shooters went 1-11 from 3

Maybe Fred Vinson really was a bigger deal than they thought huh.
Queen has a double double and it was with assists
The issue is even if OKC did NOTHING to their squad, they have this same team for 2 more years. They did it right by acquiring assets prior, but they also sold high on guys (giddey) when they had the chance.

Drafting & developing cast offs also helps. their FO from top to bottom really did an amazing job.

I'm not sure they want to give up 2 rotation guys for essentially 1. I guess it would make their core 4 really hard to overcome for most teams (even though they already do that)

SGA-Williams-Murphy-Holmgren-Hartenstein is a really rangy starting 5

Would I prefer Vele or the 4th round pick. I’m choosing the 4th.

Rookie year Vele > 4th round pick

What we got < 4th round pick.

Would it be possible to send

Tm3 to Atlanta for risacher, money and our old pick.

My projected ceiling for him:

34mpg
26 ppg (shooting 55/30/80)
12 rpg
6 apg
2 stocks

He's shown to be a better scorer than sengun, but he has an offensive repertoire like boogie did. Better defender than both, I'm shocked about that.

I still said I would pay 40mil for him, had a feeling he was playing hard ball with the team by being 'injured' and look at that.

Csp and a rookie qb was able to do so much last year with him
You still want to have a receiver who can get open early, often and make contested catches.

Mobile qbs or guys who navigate the pocket well can get away with bad linemen. Rarely will anyone have 5 elite guys blocking, more often it's 3 guys and 2 serviceable. Any elite offense has that and 1-2 game changer weapons.

Detroit: Gibbs, St brown, and Williams/laporta
Indy: Taylor, Pittman, and Warren
Seattle: walker and Smith njigba
LA rams: Williams, nacua, Adams

We have the ghost of Kamara and olave
To be fair in a very limited time he identified two young talents who fit the current era.

I don't like the trade he made to obtain it, but no doubt your can see the potential.

The Poole trade was a lose/lose for everyone. I was hopeful, but looks like it won't be.

Now the question is how does he set this team up to either rebuild or to actually contend
