he guy is a good headcoach, knows Xs and Os.
There is soooo much data that flies in the face of this empty arse statement.

He has been up in the majors too long to option down to the minors. Once a player reaches 5 years of service time, they can refuse an assignment.
I was thinking more along the lines of a fake injury/rehab assignment.

Riley needs a Gwinnett assignment if he’s just staring at down-the-dick fastballs
Bummer sucks y’all

With NIL, I don't think it is.
I think, actually I know, you are GREATLY over-exaggerating how much baseball teams are spending in NIL.
Reports are that it's being canceled now.

Im assuming he wasnt fully letting it go 100% on every pitch and would guess/hope when he joins the club in Colorado to make his first start that number will be upwards to 97.
Maybe, but that was the talking point the last few times he was on his rehab assignments and the velo just never came back. His slider just doesn't tunnel off the fastball as well if the fastball isn't sitting 97-98.
I hope I'm wrong, but Strider is going to have get better command of the changeup and the curveball that he was working on before this most recent injury if he wants to stick in this rotation and not get shelled.
Anyone see that a USL1 team beat DC United in Open Cup?

His fastball averaged 95.3 mph
That's not good.

I need to see a lot from Strider before we slot him in as the #2.
Ritchie needs more seasoning too.
What are the latest updates on AJSS and Schwelly?
That's actually impressive to fall that hard on your face.
So is there any reason why no announcement has been made yet?
Always good to get to 20 wins before 10 losses

It honestly feels like everyone on our roster outside of Yaz is capable of putting up good ABs right now, whether that is working counts or getting good EVs
Sweet lord baby Jesus please let this be Matt Olson all season

We only got to see him play for one season,
Where he was one of the least efficient deep ball passers in the conference... and that was supposed to be his strength when he's healthy.
I'm just not sure what everyone sees with Nuss. It's like they just see "third most passing yards in a season in LSU history" but don't dig any deeper than that.
