Don’t know who wanted out of Nola more, Carr or Payton’s wife.
Sounds like he will play tomorrow. Really a shame though his time here hasn’t worked out.

quote:

Dejounte Murray: "This city is passionate. They are loving and caring. They’ll get behind you if you show them the same. I want to go represent for New Orleans. I want to give the fans something to be able to come to the game and have fun so when they go home they can say ‘that's my team’ and that’s New Orleans."

quote:

Murray on a desire to return now: "I’m not one of them guys that (say), ‘I’m paid. I can get an extra six or seven months (to recover). My team is what, 14th (place) in the West? There are a lot of excuses for a chump to be like, ‘Nah, I ain’t playing.’ I’m the opposite of that."

I feel like it was a new arena play

What’s the logic on this?
I want someone to love me the way Dumars loves this roster.

Also, Poole doesn’t want to be in NOLA.

The feeling is mutual

Dejounte Murray

Scoop just reposted this:

quote:

New Orleans had reportedly offered a trade package of Jordan Poole & Dejounte Murray for Ja Morant & Kentavious Caldwell-Pope. Memphis asked for a first round pick and New Orleans wasn’t willing to give one up.
I think he felt a lot of our Ls last year were due to injuries, so if he could improve the depth, we would be fine this year.

quote:

Dumars expressed a desire for a deep roster, aiming for a team where, regardless of who is injured or on the court, they are expected to win.

My confusion with this trade is that Trae Young’s preferred destination was the Wizards.

There were other teams he was interested in like the Nets and TWolves, but they had no interest in him.
Strong tank job by the Raiders

Really liked the original series and the spinoffs. Raising Kanan surprisingly has been my favorite of the 3.

Between Tommy and Tariq, i’m not sure which one has more plot armor.

I might have missed it but how did Merle know Kyle’s wife and son were in Ohio?

I think Kyle mentioned it on a phone call that his wife was going by her sister and Merle overheard it.

because Ian killed the psycho cop

I’m not entirely convinced he’s dead.

I agree though, Kyle gets out immediately and they go after Merle. Other part of me thinks Kyle is going to blame Mike and their relationship deteriorates.

And it still could have been worse. Curious to see what happens with Mike and Kyle’s relationship now.

Name checks out

Jake Fischer: And there are definitely teams that believe that have told me as recently as today that New Orleans is now starting to listen and at least show some type of willingness to listen on guys like Herb Jones and Trey Murphy as well. And those guys are going to have a lot of interest around the league.
According to Shamit, we can cut him today and only be on the hook for this season’s salary.
I will never understand why Dumars felt he had to make those trades now other than he is a dumbass.
