I am curious how they are going to explain Jean being a mutant in this universe since there aren't supposed to be any mutants yet.

I think part of the problem is Silver trying to find an acceptable punishment Balmer and Kawhi will accept without further litigation or involvement from the NBAPA.

I can't think of any time in history, where a top 30 player has signed a minimum deal

Closest example I could find was Dirk. In 2014, he was eligible for a 5 yr 239 mil extension, but signed for 3 yrs 25 mil deal. Not a min deal, but that’s still a pretty substantial pay cut. He was an all star in 2014 fwiw.

Those discussions, sources say, include conversations with Memphis. There was no trade agreement as of Wednesday night, but we're told that the Grizzlies have registered some interest in taking on Hawkins

Seemed to work since you started a thread about it.

Kyle Chandler isn't signing on for one episode

Wouldn’t be the first time it’s happened to him on a show.
Good bit of Pels players in attendance watching the game.
If he clears waivers, he’s expected to return to Lithuania and play in the EuroLeague.
