I use Franks Red hot or Tabasco.

Also want to add franks has a line of different sauces that are good.

Don’t know who’s downvoting but that Huy Fong is my favorite. I’m too poor to use it now. I find it has less vinegar flavor

You can get this at Walmart but I don't really know how mainstream it is it's pretty damn good though.

Crystal,LA and Tabasco Jalapeño. I love Pickapeppa sauce too on meats and gravy.

Frank’s Red Hot is hard to beat. I do prefer Cholula on Mexican food, though. I also use Sriracha on Asian food.

ETA: though lately I’ve been making my occasional sausage, egg and cheese sandwich with an egg fried in Lao Gan Ma chili crisp in lieu of hot sauce. They are fuego. I’ll also toss some Cholula on for good measure every now and then.

Depends on what I'm making to eat. Tabasco is decent for eggs at breakfast, Siracha is fine for other stuff, Frank's Red Hot for anything Buffalo related.
