If on one of these meds, be sure to eat plenty of protein (1 gram for each lb of your IDEAL weight….thats 175 grams for me) each day and exercise at least moderately 3-4 days per week. My wife hired a pregnant pharmacist for her department late last year. Was a great hire. Everyone knew she would take an 8-week leave and it wasn’t a problem at all....
