Cholula, Tobasco and Frank's are staples in my house. Lately I've been diggin' the Cholula Sweet Habanero. I've found that it goes well in a Bloody Mary.

Always been partial to Tabasco for years. Buy the largest bottle you can and put it on the window seal for about 8 months to a year. Ferments perfectly and turns from a cherry red to a rust color. Cant beat it!

At this point whatever sauce I use depends on what I’m eating.

Sriracha or gochujang for Asian food and rice dishes
Franks for anything fried including potatoes
Fresh salsa, especially salsa verde, for any Mexican food

Cholula has a Chili Garlic one in the gift sets that is amazing! The Sweet Habanero is great as well. We make our own habanero sauce though.
