El Yucateco

It’s not easy to find but they have a Caribbean blend that is really really good. In fact I just ran out and going to just order off interweb.

That’s a tough one but probably Crystal.

I have to admit…I like Taco Bell’s hot sauce I’m not a hot sauce snob, I just enjoy some exotic shite too.

What does this savage do for a living? I want to know where someone that does this manages to end up as an adult.

Also different sauces for different meals

Tabasco, Louisiana, Crystal are always in rotation. I do like the garlic versions of them as well.

The Truff sauces are legit.

The Old Bay stuff that came out couple years ago is also excellent. If you haven’t tried it, do yourself a favor…

I am a don't overthink it guy on this. Original Tabasco is the go to. I pretty much only use hot sauce on omelets and scrambled eggs anyway. Anything else is going to get the salsa treatment if it needs tanged up. I want something that complements the flavor of what I am eating. I don't have a compelling need to send 9,000 Scovilles through my digestive tract to batter my anus from the inside out.

I pretty much exclusively use Cholula at home, but don’t mind the other brands if at someone else’s house or at a restaurant, they’re all good. I also love Taco Bell’s Diablo sauce, if I could find that in a bottle I would scoop it up immediately.
