Oh and if you use anything but Franks Buffalo when you're eating Buffalo sauce on anything (with melted butter added to it), you're fricking up. Stuff is perfect.

I have favorites based on what im eating.


Gumbo - louisiana hot sauce
Shrimp poboy - tabasco
Any kind of breakfast sandwich/burrito - sriracha

It depends, they all have different uses. But I always keep these three staples in my kitchen: Sriracha, Cholula, and either Louisiana or Tabasco

For me Crystal can go on everything. Louisiana for fish and white beans.

Had a roommate in college that put Texas Pete on everything he ate that wasn't a dessert and that stuff still grosses me out. He had to have been Texas Pete's best individual customer of all time. He'd cover plain eggo waffles with it in the morning and walk out the door eating them. Doused in sauce, all over his hands.

I am not a big spicy flavor person, but my MIL gave me some for Christmas and I like it with wings.

Mexican foods and a few other things = Valentina

Asian = Tabasco Sriracha
