She did a good job on Gutfeld. Nice to look at too.. Her takes were solid.
Glad soccer is over. Just a big distraction. Let’s get this Iran deal done and Cuba next. Get the Save America Act passed, oil prices in the 60’s and let the economy run.
My company does business in AL. They are the strictest of states on hiring illegals., I'm not sure how this employer could argue he didn't know. We have to file an affidavit saying we don't hire illegals...I'm not sure any other state requires that much documentation..

Not sure how this could happen with 30 people.. Somebody with that company had to know.
Yesterday it was Centreville, MS and now
Hilton Head, SC. Worlds apart, same story, same suspects.
7 shot, 2 killed in Centreville, MS last night. More disrespected. Population 1300. Now 1298. Demographics as expected.. Chicago can't match those numbers..
Some perspective is in order here. The data plants should be located close to a water source. Water source cooling will significantly lower energy costs as water cooled equipment is much more efficient vs air cooled (closed loop) equipment..

The MS River flow at Natchez, MS is approximately 300,000,000 million gallons PER SECOND. So in one second the flow of the MS River could supply 60 of the biggest 5MGD data centers for a full day. One second. There are 86,400 seconds in a day. These naysayer arguments remind me of climate change proponent sky screaming.

If a data center that needs that much water chooses to build in an arid area then thy will be out of business due to inefficiency and inability to operate at full capacity. I suspect the people designing these plants know what they are doing and won't make that kind of mistake.

Agree nuclear is the key to energy independence and lowest possible cost. Burning natural gas or oil to make electricity isn't the highest and best use of the resource. Of course growing corn to make ethanol isn't the highest and best use of corn either. If we can stop pandering to special interests we can be a greater union. Meanwhile give us all the data centers we can handle. Place them on the east side of the MS River in LA and MS in areas not ideal for agriculture. It can't be that hard to find these spots,
Build more capacity. It's like you have a product and people want it so why would you ration it? Build more. Hot people are generally not very pleasant to deal with. Why do they say, "hey man keep your cool?"

It's just that simple. C'mon man.
These guys should attend an LSU football tailgate party in September or early October. No way Philly is hotter than that. A 2:30 kickoff is worse yet.
I prefer Diesel. Fuel economy wise Diesel is best. Not sure why we don't have more Diesel vehicles.
TN did win by getting rid of her but paying a $95K a year “professor” $2M is malfeasance. Reassign her to the janitorial section and have her clean bathrooms or something. These colleges don’t spent the money like it belongs to them. It’s free money to them and they take the easy way out by raising tuition and begging donors. They’ll just raise football tickets $20.

I bet Tony Vitello would have liked an extra $2M budget to buy players. Of course he’s gone now but just saying.
Tn made a business decision. It cost them $2M to keep $10M. Probably could have gotten a better deal but hey it’s still $8M to the good. They might want to ask themselves why they need a professor who teaches the crap this bitch taught. Vet these liberal idiots a little better. The colleges are a an overpriced mess.
Reducing taxes stimulates the economy and reduces the deficit. More tax money flows into the coffers because the economy is growing. Being energy independent doesn't mean oil
Prices are fixed rather it's for national security which reduces interest rates. Fear increases rates. Inflation raises interest rates Of course we need to cut spending. We are spending a hell if a lot on financing the debt.

If people aren't taxed on the capital gains of their houses they'll sell them., Younger people can buy them. Right now prices are high because there is limited supply. Incentivize people to sell their houses. Increase the supply and prices won't be bid up they will be bid down. Faced with being taxed on the sale people won't sell. No supply higher prices. Affordability crisis.

Seems simple. It was done in the '90's.

Taxes and high energy costs are the most inflationary factors on our economy. The "affordability crisis" is related to taxes, which affect interest rates and energy.

Become energy independent as we are doing, reduce taxes, interest rates will follow and the crisis goes away. Older people aren't going to sell their oversized homes and pay a capital gains tax. Change the tax laws as it relates to the sale of a primary residence. Bingo people will sell their houses.

Once Landry convinced Trump to support Letlow it would have been stupid to run. It was done once Trump threw his support to Julia.

Too bad for Fleming as I'm sure Trump
Had nothing against Fleming. Trump
Like us just wanted Cassidy gone.
Residential property is taxed at 10% of assessed value while commercial is taxed at 15%. Plus the residential property is subject to a $75,000 homestead exemption. No significant tax on the 1st $75,000 assessment. That's why a commercial property with lower value can have a higher tax bill..

Many houses in lower income neighborhoods are valued at $75,000 or less so those folks pay no property tax.

The $75,000 homestead exemption at one time was a "sacred cow" but less so now. The exemption basically saves a homeowner about $1000. That was a lot of money 40-50 years ago when most homes in LA were worth less than $75,000 and there were few homes with values much more than $150,000. Today with home values at 500K-$1M. The $1000 tax savings represents a much smaller percentage of the total tax bill. Probably time to eliminate the HE so you capture more houses in the lower end and maybe those owners will
Pay more attention to property tax rates. Maybe.

Word salad. How about essentially or practically. We got rid of Cassidy, definitely... That was the biggest goal. Letlow won, I voted for Fleming but Letlow will at least be beholden to Trump for 2 more years. After that who knows?

If Rubio or Vance wins they will either be less polarizing than Trump and maybe we can keep the communists at bay.. By that time the experiments in NYC, Seattle and Other socialist strong holds will become self evident and some real progress can be made.

Honest elections, economic development and reduced fraud along with a more peaceful world are within our grasp. I'm hopeful and encouraged by recent developments. Still a lot to do but I think Americans are paying more attention. I want a Cuban vacation in a 5 star hotel without worrying about water or AC. Peace

Screw the Iranians. They shouldn't even be given Visas. They aren't here to love us.
They are buying the customer. Don't you think somebody is getting that policy? That's where the big money is going. The free health care doled out to the illegal alien is the bigger cost and fraud and buys votes.
Instant mini Karma. I want nothing good for Iran. Their day is dawning. If the Middle East can be fixed we are as close to fixing it as I've seen in 50+ years.

They are terrorists and the only way to defeat terrorists is the kill them. They deserve a little 1972 Munich Karma.

Why we put up with these people expecting any human decency is beyond me.,
Very nice. Simple and to the point. No surprises. Obama and Biden intended to buy these votes with our tax money.
